It’s important for our clients to understand that we cannot provide a return assurance or guarantee on our calls, which means we cannot issue refunds on subscriptions, regardless of client's outcomes.

Once a service is subscribed to and payment is completed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded under any circumstances.

If a client is dissatisfied for any unforeseen reason, they are welcome to reach out to us for guidance and support.

We will make every effort to enhance satisfaction in such instances. 

However, any request from a client to cancel a service or receive a refund will not be accommodated.

Before making a payment, we strongly encourage our visitors and potential clients to:

• Review all information regarding our services and the support      we provide to clients.
• Familiarize themselves with our Terms and Conditions.
• Read our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

Understand that refunds are not possible under any circumstances.

According to the latest SEBI circular regarding refunds, we will process refunds on a pro-rata basis for any unused service period. However, this does not imply that you can utilize it for personal gain.

In the event of a refund, the Research Analyst will retain service fees for the current month or one month’s worth of services to address any misuse of services.
